ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai to expedite the trial pending in C.C.No. 106 of 2017.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses and the prosecution has to examine 13 witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai to complete the proceedings in C.C.No. 106 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible and not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
