ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.06.2015 given to the respondents and to investigate and to file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
