..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein be suitably directed to issue patta in name of Makka Masjid Wakf in respect of lands in S.No.110/17-1 measuring 0.0480.1 Sq. meters situated next to Natharsha durga at west street near Panaikulam Village Bus Stop by considering the application dated 16.08.2016 made by the petitioner wakf within the time limit fixed by this Court and also to ensure the public pathway therein as free for access.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks. 2.It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
