O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to furnish the entire closure report including statements of witness, document relied upon pertaining to Crime No.300 of 2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent police by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant. Based on his complaint, a case in Cr.No.300 of 2024 has been registered on the file of the 3rd respondent. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent without conducting investigation in a proper manner, closed the complaint as 'mistake of fact' and copy of closure report has not been served to the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police furnished the copy of closure report along with the documents to the 2/4

petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
