O R D E R

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would bring to my notice that in a Writ Petition filed by the sister of the petitioner, I have passed a detailed order setting aside a similar impugned order and disposing of the Writ Petition, giving directions. He seeks for suitable orders being passed in this writ petition as well. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader would also fairly submit that the impugned order is a non-speaking order and the matter may be remitted to the Tahsildar for fresh consideration. 3.Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted to the respondent for fresh consideration and after hearing the petitioner and giving him sufficient opportunity to furnish all documents, the respondent shall pass final orders, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
