When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent would expedite the enquiry initiated in Na.Ka.No.3525/A1/2018 on 27.02.2019, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks. The second respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final orders.
