Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The writ petitioner and the private respondents entered into the deed of exchange dated 07.11.2022. It was registered as document No.52/23 on the file of SRO, Devaram. As a result of the exchange, there will have to be corresponding mutation of pattas of both the parties. The petitioner has given an application before the second respondent.
3. The second respondent is bound to conduct enquiry and issue revised copies in favour of the petitioner as well as the private respondents to do so. He has to necessarily conduct survey. The second respondent shall conduct survey based on the deed of exchange and issue revised patta to the petitioner herein. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands allowed on these terms.
