ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2026 within a time stipulated frame fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation 24.01.2026 to the second respondent to take necessary action with respect to the theft of jewels from Arulmighu Muthumariyamman Temple, Sakkampatti. Seeking direction to consider the petitioner's representation, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that already enquiry has been conducted. Some of the persons have collected money for conducting the Kumbabishekam, for which the petitioner has given a complaint. Since the temple comes under the HR & CE Department, the petitioner's representation has been closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a proper complaint before the HR &CE Department. 2/4

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that after conducting enquiry, the petitioner's representation was closed, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
