ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent for not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the representation, dated 26.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the third respondent frequently entered the house of the petitioner by searching her husband, who was residing in Chennai. But the petitioner already stated about the presence of the petitioner's husband at Chennai. But even after that, they frequently searched the petitioner's husband in the house of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 26.02.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner field this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the husband of the petitioner is history sheet 2/5

holder and H.S.No.254 of 2007 is pending against the petitioner's husband. Therefore, to watch the movements of the petitioner's husband, they enquired about the petitioner's husband and they have not entered into the house of the petitioner as alleged by her. Therefore, only for watching the movements of the history sheet holder, they enquired the petitioner. Therefore, the petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents inclined to close this petition.

5. Accordingly, recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
