ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with the notice on the respondent, who is the defendant in O.S.No.273 of 2019, before the learned District Munsif, Madurai. 1/4

2.The 'B' diary extract which has been filed by the petitioner indicates that the last date of hearing was fixed on 13.06.2023. The issues were framed on 06.03.2020 and thereafter, the trial has commenced. However, the trial has not been completed.

3.Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the District Munsif Court, Madurai to dispose O.S.No.273 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.The Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with the above observations. No costs.
