When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in the presence of the petitioner and the opposite parties, viz., Babu and Nagaraj and that both of them stated that they will not cause any harassment to the petitioner and that they will settle all the disputes before the Civil Court. Based on the undertaking given by the opposite parties, petition enquiry has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
