ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners/A1, A3 and A4, who were arrested on 18.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(i) I.P.C. altered to 302 IPC in Cr.No.532 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.08.2016 at about 6.30 p.m., A2 abused the defacto complainant and the deceased, A1 and A2 beaten the deceased, A3 attempted to kick him and A4 kicked him, due to which he died on 13.08.2016.

3.Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the allegations of the prosecution is that A2 beat the deceased with a stick and these petitioners join him and no particular overtact is attributed to the petitioners and the petitioners are in custody from 18.08.2016.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation is almost completed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the rival submissions, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and on condition that petitioners 1 and 3 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 3 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
