ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 19.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under free Bathroom scheme, the petitioner is trying to put up construction of a bathroom, which was restrained by the adjacent owner and in respect of which, a civil suit is pending. However, the respondents are interfering with the civil dispute.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that there is an undertaking by the respondents that the respondents will not interfere in the civil dispute.
