ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to alter the FIR in Crime No.181 of 2016, on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet in Crime No.181 of 2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, which was also taken on file as C.C.No.148 of 2016.

4. In view of the above submission, there is no question of alteration of FIR will arise at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
