This revision is filed seeking a direction to the learned the V Additional District Judge, Madurai to dispose E.P.No.105 of 2020 in O.S.No.10 of 2019 within a period stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is stated that since the respondents are dragging on the proceedings, the same is pending without any progress. Execution Petition is of the year 2020.

4. Considering the above, the execution court is directed to dispose of E.P.No.105 of 2020 in O.S.No.10 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of . No costs.
