This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to grant permission and adequate police protection for conducting the Lighting Kabadi Tournament scheduled on 12.05.2018 and 13.05.2018 at Anaithalaiyur Anai Kabadi Club Ground, Anaithalaiyur Village, Gangaikondan, Tirunelveli District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, he will make a fresh representation to the respondents 2 and 3 to grant permission and protection for conducting the Lighting Kabadi Tournament scheduled on 12.05.2018 and 13.05.2018 at Anaithalaiyur Anai Kabadi Club https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the second respondent. On such representation being made, the second respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. The petitioner shall submit a fresh representation along with a copy of this order to the second respondent.

6.This writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
