ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in respect of SCC 344/2016 of Crime Branch SCC Wing, Nagercoil, CSR No.GDP 279/2016, All Women Police Station, Kuzhithurai and unnumbered petition in Thiruvattar Police Station.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), has produced a report of the Sub Inspector of police, wherein a statement given by the petitioner herein is recorded, in which, the petitioner has stated that she does not require any further action, as there is an arrangement by which the land in S.No.172/9 in an extent of 10 cents will be measured, during which time, the respondents therein have agreed to cooperate.

4. In view of the statement given by the petitioner to the Sub Inspector of Police, this petition is closed.
