ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and

2. In view of the limited relief sought for, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the second respondent frequently called the petitioners to the police station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

given against them by the third respondent; after enquiry, that petition was closed as civil in nature; now the presence of the petitioners are not required; and the 2nd respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners. Further, the second respondent gave an assurance that they will not interfere in the civil disputes.

5.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
