ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry alone is pending. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent Police is directed to register an FIR or close the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and the respondent Police should not harass the petitioner during enquiry and the petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry before the Annanagar Crime Branch .

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
