This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in connection with Cr.No.150/2015 on the file of the respondent police within a time as framed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 21.06.2016 before the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam.
