O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.59 of 2017 within a reasonable time. 2.According to the petitioner, he is running a poultry farm at Thondaimanallur, Pudukkottai District and having business transaction with C.P.Broiler Company, Trichy, from 2015 onwards. One Satheesh, who is employed in Gani Broiler, Subramaniapuram, Trichy, is a friend of the petitioner and he introduced his employers viz., Gani and Habeeb to the petitioner. Thereafter, based on the assurance given by the abovesaid Gani and Habeeb that they will give Rs.6 per kilogram, the petitioner used to supply the broilers to Gani Broilers from the second week of February 2016.

The accused settled the entire dues for the broilers sent to them, but, did not pay the last installment and threatened that they will not give any amount to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has preferred a complaint before the second respondent on 07.04.2017. Though the said complaint has been registered in Crime No.59 of 2017, no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint. Hence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition for the relief stated supra.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the second respondent will complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months. 4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.59 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
