Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to speedy disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2019.

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J] Heard Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Ayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2019 within a time frame and for further orders. 3.It is the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader that one Selvaraj with the aid of the petitioner has committed dacoity and robbery, who has involved in more than 46 cases and based on the confession statements and the reliable information, the investigation agency conducted a search in the house of the petitioner and also recovered stolen properties. 4.

Considering the said submissions, we are of the view that this writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the grounds that it is premature and there are no merits. Hence, the petitioner does not deserve any order in this writ petition. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
