[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition directing the second respondent to remove the encroachments and protect the water catchments and its input channels and the public pathway in Survey Nos.194 and 195 of Kulamangalam Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on his representation dated 19.02.2018.

2. The petitioner, who is stated to be a resident of Kulamangalam Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District, has

submitted a representation dated 19.02.2018, before the respondents requesting them to remove the encroachment and protect the water catchments and its input channels and the public pathway in Survey Nos.194 and 195 of Kulamangalam Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District. The said representation, till date, remains unanswered.

3. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, informs that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2018 will be considered by the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame, that may be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the outcome of the representation of the petitioner shall be intimated to him. No costs.
