Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the Respondents No.3 and 4 by conducting an enquiry on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 12.03.2022. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the Respondents No.3 and 4 by conducting an enquiry on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 12.03.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on perusal of the complaint, dated 12.03.2022, the amount involved in this crime is more than Rs.35,00,000/-and as such the complaint has been now transferred to the file of Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar and it is pending for enquiry.

3. Considering the above, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar is directed to conduct the enquiry of the complaint forwarded from the second respondent and dispose of the same within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
