ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to file the Final Report in Crime No.60 of 2014, dated 26.04.2014, on the file of the Respondent Police and to proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Final Report has already been filed on 17.05.2017. A copy of the same has also been served on the learned counsel for the Petitioner today.

4.Recording the above said fact,this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
