ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere in this pure civil dispute and also direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no action is required in respect of the complaint given by the petitioners and they are prepared to withdraw the complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that only at the instance of the 1st petitioner, enquiry has been initiated, in which, the petitioner has sought for a direction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
