2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the O.S.No.110 of 2017 pending before the I Additional District and Sessions (PCR Act) Court at Thanjavur.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the I Additional District and Sessions (PCR Act) Court at Thanjavur, to dispose O.S.No.110 of 2017 preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
