Considering the nature of the offence, and since the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Court, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No. 466 of 2026 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
