For Petitioner : Mr.T.Jeen Joseph For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, G.A.(Crl.side) COMMON ORDER Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15988 of 2016 has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 4 not to interfere with the civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17603 of 2016 has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.03.2016.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that based on the complaint petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 4.The same is recorded. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15988 of 2016 under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
