PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.,to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of any unlawful enquiry and not to interfere with the prayer, worship being conducted in the property at Door No. 1/89B Nenmeni Village in Survey No. 1081/2 (Tamil Baptist Church Prayer House).

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
