O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to conduct enquiry and initiate proceeding in CSR No.87 of 2024 on 23.02.2024.

2.According to the petitioner, there is a family dispute pending between the petitioner and her husband. Her husband demanded dowry and harassed the petitioner, therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent. Though the 2nd respondent has issued CSR No.87 of 2024 for her complaint, thereafter they have not conducted any enquiry. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have received the complaint from the petitioner lodged against her husband and his parents. They have assigned CSR No.87 of 2024 and the same is under enquiry. They will complete the enquiry within a period of one week. 4.Since the prayer of the petitioner to initiate proceedings in CSR No.87 of 2024 and the petitioner has also not impleaded the private 2/4

respondents, this Court hereby direct the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry in CSR No.87 of 2024 and dispose the same, after affording opportunity to all the interested parties within a period of one week from the date of this order, in accordance with law. 5.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
