The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the name of the 3rd respondent was wrongly incorporated as "A.Manikandasamy" instead of "Prabakaran in the order dated 27.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4313 of 2026. Hence, he seeks necessary corrections in the order dated 27.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4313 of 2026.

3. Name of the 3rd respondent is substituted as "Prabakaran".

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 27.02.2026 and issue fresh order copy.
