2.According to the petitioner, the allegation against the fourth respondent is that the fourth respondent is harassing the petitioner without any reason and also threatening the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the fourth respondent / Sub Inspector of Police namely, Mr.Elangovan has now been transferred and he is no longer holding the post at the fourth respondent Police Station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
