ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.04.2018.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has sent a representation, dated 19.04.2018 to the third respondent pointing out the respondents 5 and 6 have cheated the amount availed from the Government for subsidies and hence, their retirement will be stopped, till the disposal of the enquiry in P.M.Mu.32870/2017, dated 12.04.2018 and since the same has not been considered so far, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
