ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323,427,452,506(ii) of IPC and section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.70 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and abused her in filthy language. The further allegations is that the petitioner said to have damaged the flower port with her and also threatened her with dire consequences, hence the case.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that is a case of landlord tenant dispute and also the fact that the petitioner is already involved in five previous cases, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
