ORDER

Seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate legal action as against the 3rd respondent, who had obtained a hand loan of Rs.4,00,000/- and evading repayment, based on the petitioner's compliant dated 19.02.2026, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint was received only through post and despite invitation by the police, the petitioner had not turned up for enquiry.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to serve fresh summons upon the petitioner and the 3rd respondent under Section 64 BNSS and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent police with all necessary documents and further the 2nd respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
