ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.12.2017 and to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.Heard Ms.Karthika, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is not appearing before the respondents and not co-operating for the investigation.

4. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the respondents and the respondents are directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner and if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondents shall register the case and proceed the same in accordance with law.
