ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Civil Revision with liberty to approach the concerned Authority/Court to redress his grievances and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. It is made clear that in case any such application is given, the same shall be considered on merits without in any way being influenced by the order passed by the learned Magistrate, which is under challenge in this revision petition. However, I also make it clear that by granting liberty it should not be construed that this Court has considered the merits of the matter .
