ORDER

The revision petitioner filed this revision to direct the Principal District Munsif, Tuticorin, to dispose of RLTOP.No.13 of 2021, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since this petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the case no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's side evidence was closed on 10.11.2021 and posted for respondent side evidence, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Munsif, Tuticorin, to dispose of RLTOP.No.13 of 2021, pending on its file within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
