ORDER
A joint compromise between the parties arrived and the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a demand draft for an amount 1/7
of Rs.55,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Five Lakhs only) has been drawn in favour of the 1st respondent wife and already an amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) has been paid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandy, which came to a total amount of Rs. 59,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Nine Lakhs only) which is paid as a full and final settlement to the respondents including the minor daughter. That apart, 10 sovereigns gold jewellery which was in the custody of the petitioner, was also handed over to the first respondent. The same is duly acknowledged by the 1st respondent.
2. A joint compromise memo signed by both parties is also placed before me and the same will become a part and parcel of this order. The scanned copy of the said joint compromise memo is extracted as follows:

3. It is also agreed by both the petitioner and the 1st respondent to dissolve the marriage which was held on 08.12.2008 by way of filing a divorce petition on mutual consent before the concerned Court.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision case is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 12.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Sml Note: Issue order copy on 14.08.2025.
