This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register, the case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 11.08.2016 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.08.2016, the 3rd respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.18 of 2016 under Sections 417, 376, 506(i) IPC and Section 3(1)(w)(II) of the Schedule Caste and the Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, on 03.09.2016.
