Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs.6,97,093/- towards Gratuity and Rs.8,118/- towards Leave Salary and also arrears of wages for the period from 01.09.13 to 31.01.15 payable pursuant new wage settlement, together with 18% interest per annum and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.2,87,794/- towards the Pension Commutation amount and arrears of pension for the period from 01.02.15 by revising his pension together with 18% interest per annum within a time frame as may be fixed. ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Review Application seeking to review the order dated 08.02.2016 passed in W.P.No.2682 of 2016 only on the ground that the petitioner has correctly mentioned the benefit amount in the affidavit but wrongly mentioned in the petition. Therefore, the order has been passed on the basis of the petition. It is further stated that they have wrongly given the initial of the petitioner viz., P.Govindaraj instead of R.Govindaraj.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection as it is only a clerical mistake. 3.In view of the above, this Review Application is allowed and the order in respect of the quantum of amount would read as found in the affidavit and the petitioner's name would read as R.Govindaraj. No costs.
