No. 2255 of 2026 and permit the petitioner to appear before the Sankarankovil Town Police Station, Tenkasi District, instead of the Puliangudi.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 2255 of 2026 dated 05.02.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made, para No.6,condition No.(b) of the order dated 05.02.2026 is modified to the effect that "(b)the petitioner shall report before the Palam Police Station, Tirunelveli District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
