Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to issue a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 23.07.2021.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner obtained an order of interim injunction in S.A.(MD).No.566 of 2020. If the order of interim injunction is violated by the respondents 3 and 4 herein, the petitioner is at liberty to file a Contempt Petition before this Court in manner known to law, if so advised.
