peaceful possession of the property in S.No.215/1B1A1 situated at Naanjikottai Village, SIDCO Industrial Complex, Thanjavur at the instigation of the respondents 4 and 5, who are trying to dispossess the petitioner from his property and consequently direct the first respondent to initiate disciplinary action as against the third respondent for abusing his power and interfering in the civil dispute and harassing the petitioner / his power agent in the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from anyway interfering in the petitioner's peaceful possession of the property in S.No.215/1B1A1 situated at Naanjikottai Village, SIDCO Industrial Complex, Thanjavur at the instigation of the respondents 4 and 5, who are trying to dispossess the petitioner from his property and consequently direct the first respondent to initiate disciplinary action as against the third respondent for abusing his power and interfering in the civil dispute and harassing the petitioner / his power agent in the guise of enquiry. 2/5

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the private respondents, they conducted enquiry and the same was closed. For enquiry purpose, they called the petitioner and the respondent police never interfered with the possession of the petitioner as alleged by him.

3. In view of the same and recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 11.03.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District.
