ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.31 of 2024 dated 10.02.2024 on the file of the second respondent police to any other competent officer for fair and free investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.31 of 2026 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam.
