This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur to dispose of the case in O.S. No. 206 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thanjavur as expeditiously as possible and within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

C.R.P(PD)(MD).No. 890 of 2022 3.The suit in O.S.206 of 2012 was filed by the revision petitioner/plaintiff against the respondents/defendants for declaration and consequential permanent injunction. The suit is pending from the year 2012 and in this suit, on 16.08.2019, I.A.No. 514 of 2019 was filed by the plaintiff under Order 1 Rule 10 of C.P.C., to implead the proposed parties and it is not yet disposed of.

4.Since the suit is pending from the year 2012 and the I.A.No.514 of 2019 is also pending from 16.08.2019, the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur, is hereby directed to dispose of the I.A.No.514 of 2019 in O.S.No.206 of 2012, within two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.206 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible.

5.With these directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
