2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the scheme has been framed and now preparation of voters list is being undertaken and submits that the election to the Jamia Masjid Waqf, Thoothukudi will be held within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
