Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJESHWARAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side)on behalf of the 2nd Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent/petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15561 of 2022 dated 04.11.2022 on the ground that in compliance to the condition imposed by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in crime number, however the said conditional order was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and it is pending. Therefore this Court cannot entertain this petition.

2. Hence the petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail subject to the result of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
