ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No. 20015 of 2025, dated 19.01.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made, para No.6,condition No.(b) of the order dated 25.10.2025 is modified to the effect that "(b)the petitioner shall report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
